1. What we collect
Account data: your email, shop name, and password hash when you sign up. Item photos: the photos you upload to the studio, plus the enhanced versions we generate. Usage data: credit balance, plan, generations used, and basic error logs.
2. How we use it
- Run the studio: enhance photos and write listing text.
- Operate your account: credits, plans, invoices, support.
- Improve the product: aggregated, anonymized quality metrics.
3. Who processes your photos
Enhancement runs on fal.ai infrastructure and listing text on Groq. Uploaded images are transmitted to these processors to generate your results and are subject to their own retention policies. We do not sell your photos or account data.
4. Your rights
Request export or deletion of your data any time via the contact page. Deleting your account removes your photos, listings, and profile from our database.
5. Cookies & sessions
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising trackers.
